the room was dim, but the room service was good. the wi-fi was limited to a small area. it was slow. i bought a sim card for reliable data.

The reception team are helpful with every request. David was especially helpful and kind. I was facing the sunset from my bedroom. The room was near the reception, and close to all pools.
The hotel rooms need normal maintenance. The star rating is not accurate. There was no lifeguard at the pools. Most pool bars were closed.

The rooms were clean and new; the hotel cleaned rooms every day. The hotel consists of many buildings like detached houses; the hotel stretches across a big area on two floors.

The hotel has a coral reef; I saw eagle rays while snorkeling. The sea is very deep; you swim with many colorful fish. Life jackets can be rented near the sea.

There is a Turkish chef in this hotel; this was important. There are hamburgers and grills in addition to main meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never go hungry during my stay.
