excellent service animation team
the staff provided excellent service. the food variety was good, and the chef ayhan, blended turkish and international cuisines well. i appreciated the animation team's activities and nightly entertainment. the terrace bar staff worked hard.

the receptionists were helpful and supportive. ahmed mansour and ahmed saleh offered excellent service. david at the reception helped with early check-in at 2 am and provided a meal, even packing a meal for my departure. the attention was welcomed.

the staff were really kind to us . they helped when we needed something or had questions.
the room was quite dim and not very cute to me. the wi-fi access was limited to a small area near reception. its speed was slow, and connection was not consistent at all.

The reception team are helpful with every request. David was especially helpful and kind. I was facing the sunset from my bedroom. The room was near the reception, and close to all pools.
The hotel rooms need normal maintenance. The star rating is not accurate. There was no lifeguard at the pools. Most pool bars were closed.

The rooms were clean and new. The hotel cleaned rooms every day. The hotel consists of many buildings like detached houses. The hotel stretches across a big area on two floors.

The hotel has a coral reef. I saw eagle rays while snorkeling. The sea is very deep. You swim with many colorful fish. Life jackets can be rented near the sea.

There is a Turkish chef in this hotel. This was important. There are hamburgers and grills in addition to main meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never go hungry .
